My password doesn't work

Are you using the correct password?

Your password for the website (chasemountains.io) is not connected to your password for the app. They are separate. e.g. if you change your password on this website it will not automatically change your password in the app (and vice versa)

The quickest way to resolve this to reset your password.

Click on the Account link top right and reset your password using your email address.

In the app Login screen click the 'Forgot password’ link. (located above the 'Login button')

Check your inbox for a reset password email. If you didn’t receive your password reset email, please check your spam folder.
