My program is not in the app

If you have just purchased your program:

The program may take 5-10 minutes to upload into the app.

Log out of the app and then log back in.

Be sure to click 'update' to any "your app has been updated" messages.



If you have an account (signed-up) in the chase mountains app prior to your purchase.

Did you use the same email address?

The email address you entered into the cart when you purchased, must be the same as the email address you signed up with on the app. If these email addresses are different your program will not automatically upload and you will need to email us to manually upload the program for you.


Have you deleted the app before?

The app will not allow you to sign up or login with an email address that you have previously used and deleted. Sign up to the app with a different address and email us with the details so we can manually upload the program for you.


General troubleshooting

a. Log out of the app
